Shipping

Our processing time is 1-2 working days from the date of purchase.

If you live in the UK:

Your items will be shipped to you via First Class Royal Mail. Please allow 1-2 working days for your items to arrive.

If you live outside of the UK:

Please allow 5-10 working days for your order to arrive. Unfortunately, we currently do not post with tracking due to high cost. However, if you would like your order to be posted with tracking, please contact us before purchasing and we would be happy to assist.

 

Returns and Exchanges

All products are manufactured to order therefore we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, should you request cancellation prior to printing and shipping, we would be happy to cancel your order.

 

Damaged Order

We are committed to delivering excellent in business. In the event that your order arrives damaged or with any imperfections, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will organise a replacement.
Should your order be lost in transit or fail to arrive, kindly get in touch with us and we will do our best to organise a replacement or refund.
